All major design work has been completed for the entire project.  Waterproofing and roof work have also been completed.

 

In the CE Building, McInnis is on track to finish for the fall start up of First Presbyterian Day School.  The new plumbing fixtures are in and the remaining millwork is ongoing.  The flooring is being installed now and will continue throughout the next week, in addition to the installation of the ceiling tiles which are scheduled for installation next week as well.

 

The sanctuary chancel and platform demolition is finished, while construction of the new chancel is underway.  The painters are preparing to paint the interior of the sanctuary.  A maze of scaffolding has been constructed in the interior to allow the painters to reach the highest parts of the sanctuary walls.  

 

The basement area and gym construction is moving along as well.  In the gym, mechanical and kitchen work are ongoing.  The basement walls have been framed, while an elevator shaft in the three story building is being cut out.  Look for the parking lot construction to begin this fall.
